Despite its terrible title, Screamin' Halloween Sounds is a mildly involving sound effects CD. It contains a loose narratative in which a monstrous voice leads the audience through a haunted house experience in which we hear screams, yells, howling, flies buzzing, babies crying, choking, drowning, and all manner of pleasant sounds. The occasional music adds to the experience, and though the album has a few touches of repetition, it's generally executed well.
