A mystery killer is eliminating real estate agents in open houses, all the while announcing his intentions to a radio psychiatrist--whose girlfriend just happens to be in real estate.

As a horror film, this is pretty bad, and even as far as tits-and-gore flicks go, this is a tepid entry. What little value this film has is diminished by directing that holds on to shots for far too long, eventually verging, in some scenes, on exploitation.
