This short is a delightful look at early Tim Burton, with generous hints of the brilliance that was to come. The design of this film is delicate and lovely, the writing wonderful--it's like a darker Dr. Seuss--and, as silly as it sounds, Vincent features one of Vincent Price's finest performances. Fans of Burton's work, especially The Nightmare Before Christmas and Beetlejuice, would do themselves a great favor by giving this an appreciative viewing. (Oct 17, 2001)

Made by Burton when he was, I believe, an animator for Disney.

Included on the Nightmare Before Christmas Special Edition DVD, along with another Tim Burton short, Frankenweenie.
